Abstract
Network Readiness is a term used to indicate how much countries are involved in the digital world. The 2020 Network Readiness index model, proposed by Portulans Institute, as one of the best models in measuring network readiness of countries, has investigated totally 60 variables in four main categories named Technology, People, Governance and Impact. Future technologies such as AI and IoT are among the issues covered by the new NRI model. The NRI model helps countries to have a knowledge of their weakness and strength points in order to develop themselves for succeeding in digital world.
