Abstract

The objective of the seminar is to gain acquaintance about the basics of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). SEM is a multivariate statistical analysis technique that is used to analyze and deal with complex structural relationships. SEM is the combination of factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. SEM is used to analyze the structural relationship between measured variables and latent variables. The main focus of discussion are the order of constructs, types of models , types of SEM , elements of SEM and hypotheses testing.
