Abstract

Knowledge sharing (KS) is crucial for organizations in achieving success. Having KS culture within organizations would have a tremendous effect on their performance, as it stimulates the ability of the employees’ in addressing issues and problems. However, Academics productivity is one of the major weight in university ranking. these productivity include the number of publication, seminars, conferences, community and university service, postgraduate supervision.
