Abstract

Noisy images are one of the problems which are dealt by too many authors. Reducing noise in other words denoising is the most important objective of dealing with image processing. Bilateral filter is one of the methods used widely. The amount of noise removed using this method was not as needed, so they advised and used wavelet filtering after the bilateral method. This was a promising change in denoising images. It could be regarded as a change step in the denoising process.
