Abstract

As long as society is the goal of all economic systems, It should be the purpose of economic systems and events, whether the governments are involved in economic matters or not. The interventionist government is not necessary when the economy is coherent and clear relations, where it is enough for governments to exercise their sovereign role through economic policy to achieve the community goals. But if the economy is dismantled and the relations are not established, as will be demonstrated by the current seminar in Iraq, The Iraqi government must be interventionist to compensate for the shortfall in the self-efficacy of the economy.
