Abstract
E-commerce (electronic commerce) can be defined as the buying and selling of goods or services via the internet. It refers to the online sale of physical goods, and includes any kind of commercial transaction concluded via the internet. The electronic contract is considered the main and best method of concluding e-commerce transaction. It can be defined as an offer issued from one of the contractors (offeror) to the other (offeree) to accept it via electronic means or instantaneuos communication means. The most important part of this seminar is the mechanisms of concluding electronic contracts
