Abstract
"Food labelling is the primary means of communication between the producer and seller on one hand, and the purchaser and consumer on other. Labelling food will help consumers what they are purchasing or eating. Food labelling should provide clear and accurate information to the consumer and must not be ambiguous or misleading consumers.
Food labelling is regulated by law and nutritional facts as a part of mandatory requiems are often too small or confusing.
The Food Standard Agency/ UK introduced the traffic light labelling system to make it easier for everyone to make healthier food choices and improve public health.
