Abstract

The mobile conflict of laws is the change of the connecting factor, while the connecting rule is still constant. The mobile conflict of laws is therefore distinguished from the fraud to the law. In that the former is done with good faith, whereas the latter is done with bad faith. There are suggested solutions to solve the problem of the mobile conflict of laws. The first is the application of the theory of the acquired right, the second is to apply the rules of the temporal entry into force of the law. And the third is the legislative determination of the connecting time.
