Abstract

This study attempts to measure the impact of perceived health services quality on the beneficiaries’ satisfaction. So the main goals of it are Understanding the impact of some of the dimensions of perceived quality from the beneficiary on his or her satisfaction through the outcomes which this research will yield and attempting to present a sample derived from ethics which can be a scientific evidence that can be used by managers and the health staff at hospitals to provide health services of a quality favoured by the beneficiaries. The result shows that there is a continuous significant increase in the demand for services in general and the health services in specific since they are related to the beneficiary’s life and future.
