Abstract

This seminar is concerned with studying the applicable law on the international frame contract in private international law. It is worth-bearing in mind that the private int. law determines the applicable law by two theories . the first is subjective. And the second is objective. Whereas in the Iraqi law the applicable law on the international frame contract has been determined by the general rules of the Iraqi civil No. 40 of 1951 , particularly according to the connecting factor in the article (25).
