Abstract
الاتجار بالبشر بالضرورة نقل الضحية من مكان لآخر. ويعد الاتجار بالبشر في المواثيق الدولية جريمة ضد الفرد؛ لاعتدائه على حق الضحية في الانتقال عن طريق الإكراه وبسبب ما يتضمنه من استغلال يهدف للربح و بذك جموعة من المواثيق والبروتوكولات والاتفاقيات الدولية لمحاربة الاتجار بالبشر
