Abstract

The ray tracing combined with uniform theory of diffraction (UTD) will be used to evaluate the normalized received signal at the end user versus the mobile distance as well as the cumulative distribution function (CDF) and probability density function (PDF), that are useful for statistical prediction models are studied. The combination of single and double diffracted, reflected and direct rays will produce 8 different rays are considered. The required mathematical propagation model of given model will be derived and implemented using Matlab simulator.
