Abstract

In this seminar, the generation of antibody diversity will clarify. How can, how many ways use, the B-cell (Lymphocyte) to make about 1012 antibodies in the body. How B-cell arise only one type of antigen binding site antibody as a receptor. How antibody can change low affinity to high affinity against the immunized antigen. Is there a gene of gene segment pools for encoding of polypeptide chains. The development of B-cell and antibody production complete only from bone marrow!
