Abstract

إن المحك النهائي والأساسي لتقييم أي مشروع، هو جودة السلعة التي يقدمها للمستهلك. تم في هذا البحث تكوين لوحة نسبةالوحدات المعيبة باستخدام تقنية ستة سيغما للسيطرة النوعية ومقارنتها مع لوحة نسبة الوحدات المعيبة باستخدام ثلاثة سيغما.

توصلت إلى أن الدراسة باستنتاج أن لوحة نسبة الوحدات المعيبة باستخدام تقنية ستة سيغما أكثر دقة مقارنة بلوحة نسبة الوحدات المعيبة باستخدام ثلاثة سيغما، وسبب أن المسافة بين الحدين (الحد الأعلى و الحد الأدنى) أقل منها في لوحة نسبة الوحدات المعيبة باستخدام ثلاثة سيغما. تم استخدام برنامج (Statgraphics) لتحليل و رسم البيانات.
