يتم توضيح الخطوات الرئيسية والمهمة في كيفية التعامل مع هذه المنظمة، وذلك لتمكين اساتذه القسم من التعامل بشكل بسيط من لحظة تسجيل الايميل الجامعي مرورا بالاطلاع على قائمة المواد التي يدرسها، وكيفية تحميل اسماء الطلبة وعمل كروبات، وكيف يتم أضافة أنشطة واختبارات وكل ما يتعلق بهذه الانشطة
