Abstract

The Iraqi economy depends on oil revenues very much. Therefore, we do not expect the possibility of achieving the necessary production in case of loss of oil (which is certain). This seminar discusses the capabilities of the current political system and the government to prepare the society for the post-oil era, after the Dutch disease penetrated that society.
