Abstract

The current study calls for proposing a new technology to enhance Quality of Service (QoS) within Information Central Networks (ICN). This technology uses competent and efficient AI algorithms to classify content prefixes into ICNs. In our research, we succeeded in presenting a new mechanism based on the combination of artificial intelligence algorithms to improve the quality of service. Our research required conducting tests for various artificial intelligence algorithms to calculate the costs consumed to apply mechanisms to improve the quality of service, to serve as a standard for evaluating the performance of these algorithms. To obtain optimal QoS results, this paper recommends the use of a hybrid algorithm derived from algorithms applied in this field thus aiming to enhance QoS efficiency. Through experiments and evaluations, the results prove that our proposed method outperforms both algorithms applied in this field in terms of optimizing network resource utilization along with reducing latency response – all of which contribute to improving QoS.
