Abstract
This study aims to find the impact of several factors on behavioral intention (BI) to use e-wallets. The study used a survey to collect data from e-wallet users in Iraq, and the convenience sampling technique was used in this study. 207 valid responses have been analyzed by Smart-PLS. The results indicated that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and gamification increased the behavior intention to use e-wallets. On the other hand, social influence has an insignificant impact on BI’s use of e-wallets. Lastly, BI leads to an increase in the user pensioner of e-wallets. This study contributes to the existing knowledge by evaluating the elements influencing the intention to use e-wallets in developing countries.
