Abstract
This study examines the behavioral intention to use mobile payment services based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). The data was collected from users who had experience using FastPay and ZainCash Applications, the valid questionnaire was 209. The smart-PLS analyzed the proposed model, and the measurement and structural analysis were run to ensure reliability, validity, and to examine the proposed hypotheses. The results indicated that the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and perceived enjoyment have a positive and significant impact on behavioral intention to use mobile payment. This study can assist the providers of mobile payment services in making decisions on how to grow their user base, as well as provide a clear image to the m-payment providers about the factors that users pay more attention such as trust and usefulness.
