Abstract
The chemical reactivity and stability of three prepared compounds (5-7) have been studied using molecular modelling. According to the results, compound 7 is more reactive than compounds 5 and 6. Antifungal activity was confirmed for all the compounds and proved that the compound 6 has been shown to have a potent zone of inhibition against Aspergillus niger in comparison to the reference drug used of Amphotericin B, while compounds 5 and 7 showed significant activity than the positive control.
