Abstract

Artificial intelligence is considered as a form of the developed and modern information technology.
it is a consequential output of the fourth globalized revolution based upon the digital knowledge.
It can also be considered as a computer’s program making use of some algorithms inserted in it, in order to establish an intelligence similar to that of the human being.
The AI contract is an agreement concluded digitally, and containing a group of protocols enabling the parties to enforce their contractual obligations.
The applicable law is either the chosen law or the law of the place of conclusion of the contract.
