Abstract

Supervisor ostracism refers to the deliberate exclusion, ignoring, or silent treatment of employees by their supervisors. It is a form of workplace mistreatment that involves the supervisor intentionally excluding an employee from social interactions, decision-making processes, and important work-related information.
