Abstract
A complex syndrome, professional burnout is marked by emotions of emotional exhaustion, diminished accomplishment, and interpersonal disengagement. Numerous studies have indicated that prolonged exposure to pressures related to one's profession might lead to burnout. Worldwide recognition of burnout as a serious professional issue that can negatively impact both student progress and teacher effectiveness has been established. Teachers work in an emotionally taxing profession and are prone to burnout at all times. One of the main indicators of teacher turnover, according to accumulating data, is teacher burnout. In addition to compromising the quality of education, burnout causes teachers' physical, emotional, and psychological harm that cannot be reversed.The theoretical idea of burnout will be briefly reviewed in this study, and then its pedagogical and research ramifications will be discussed. In addition, the most recent study findings are reviewed in relation to preventive and coping techniques.
