Abstract

Recently small and silent Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) (drones) have become extensively available and used in different sensitive areas around the globe, i.e., Security, military, monitoring, police, and many more, with advanced capability feature of video recording integration while flying. All these devices use dual frequencies of IEEE 802. 11n 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz during data transmission, and due to the mobility of these devices, it's hard to deliver the date between the drones efficiently. Therefore, it's very important to optimize and enhance the transmission for videos streaming between these drones with minimum delay and higher throughput. In this paper, an attempt will be made to optimize and enhance video streaming transmission performance of 5 GHz Frequency drones with a fixed trajectory, in terms of delay, throughput, and retransmission attempts.
