Abstract
"يتم في هذه الندوة تناول موضوع الصك واثره في المعاملات البنكية حيث يمكن تعريف الصك بانه ورقة من الاوراق التجارية، نعرفه بكونه ورقة شكلية يصدر فيها شخص يسمى الساحب امرا الى مصرف بان يدفع مبلغا معينا من النقود بمجرد الاطلاع عليها الى شخص مسمى او لأمره او لحامل الورقة.
