Security And Occupational Safety And Its Impact On Job Satisfaction

"A total of 20 questionnaires were distributed to members of the Al- Najim Alsata company steel industries company in Misurata, Libya. This study was targeted to identify the level of interest in applying the rules and procedures of occupational safety and security, which led to a decrease in employee satisfaction.There is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and safety and occupational safety. This study found that there is a decline in satisfaction by the company's employees on the system of salaries and the system of rewards and grants in force in the company.
