Abstract

The Scope of Subordination of Private International Law to Private International Law is discussed within many aspects: first of all the Private International Law is subject to Public International Law in the field of the status of aliens or foreigners. Secondly, it is also subject in the field of nationality. Thirdly in the field or scope of judiciary immunity of foreign diplomats. Fourthly, it is also subject in the field of derivation of the principles and norms of the Private International Law from the Public International Law and not from internal or domestic laws. Fifthly and finally, the sources of the Private International Law are subject to Public International Law.
