Abstract
Recently, the related researches concentrated on the molecular bases of disease, which reflected as undesired pathologic phenotypic. PCR is widely applied to study the genetic bases of diseases, which is a laboratory version of DNA replication in cell. As any other advanced technique, many reagents and chemical needed to run a successful productive PCR. Primers are oligonucleotides that determine the specificity of the test. In this seminar the ideal criteria for choosing a primer set as well as how to design a proper primer for your PCR will be discussed and applied practically using the available corresponding software.
