Abstract

The internal connecting factors are considered as an important tool or method to solve the conflict of laws between the federal laws and the laws of territories, regions or districts. The solution of the internal conflict of law in front of the national judge depends upon two factors: the first is the type of the connecting criterion included in the connecting factor of the Lex fori. The second is the internal connecting factors included in the foreign law concerned with solving the internal conflict of laws
