Abstract

The research deals with the use of ATM technology, which is a relatively modern application in the field of marketing banking services by measuring the quality of the various services provided by Cihan Islamic Bank located in the city of Erbil-Kurdistan region. In this research, customers using ATM technology were surveyed about the quality of services provided, as they provided many benefits in the field of electronic transactions, which have become an integral part of the life of the individual. The sample of study included the selection of 50 customers in which data were collected and analyzed and extracted the results using statistical packages (SPSS). The research has yielded a number of important results, including the customer's sense of security in dealing with ATM technology, the safety of withdrawals, the validity of use, as well as the speed and accuracy of the withdrawal process.
