Abstract

The recent huge and fast developments in the communication technology make human beings to live in a sea of electromagnetic radiations. These non-ionized radiations as transient of energy have effects on the health and environment, so the exposure should be within the permitted limits to avoid excess doses. In this presentation, the principal scientific definitions and production of radiations and exposure opportunities with their mechanism of interaction and both of biological and environmental effects will be covered with suggesting proper solutions for mitigation.
