Electronic diplomacy is considered as a new mode or method of conducting diplomacy and diplomatic acts nowadays. it is used or conducted by diplomats via internet, computer networks, and social media channels. it is also worth-bearing in mind that social media E-tools are not of the same importance , the priority is given to Twitter and facebook. but such other tools as youtube and instagram have lesser importance. the legal aspects of the Electronic diplomacy are represented by legal protection of diplomats and senior officials from defamation and protection of E-documents transmitted via cyberspace
