Abstract

The civil liability of pharmaceutical companies form corona-virus covid-19 vaccines can be sub-categorized in the civil law into four types of liability: The civil liability from personal acts, the civil liability from another person’s act, the strict-liability or objective liability and the liability from other things requiring special care to prevent their damage and finally liability from defective products. We have tried hard in this seminar to shed light or spot light the legal solution of the problems arising from taking vaccines and accompanying injuries and risks expected to take place from the legal viewpoint of the Iraqi civil law
