Abstract
This seminar will cover the Obesity and overweight issue that children face nowadays. This seminar will cover the reason behind childhood obesity as well as the risk factors of the child's overweight. It will also cover the long and short term consequences behind the child's obesity. Finally, there will be a discussion and recommendation about child healthy diets and weight loss techniques.
